How It Works

Five steps from filing cabinet to paycheck.

No surprises. Here's what happens at each step, how long it takes, and what you sign.

The assessment puts a dollar range on your records and names the buyers who fit.

Takes: two to three weeks. You sign: an assessment agreement and a confidentiality agreement.

  3. 3

    Choose

Sell older history, lease it for recurring income, or keep it.

Takes: as long as you need. You sign: your choice, in writing, of what goes to market.

  4. 4

    Get paid

Buyers pay in weeks, not years.

Timelines are estimates. Each buyer sets its own review and payment terms, and we show them to you before you sign.

If your paper files are the good stuff

Older history often lives in boxes. We scan and index it so those years count toward value. Digitization is quoted as a project after the assessment, based on how much there is.
