The process, step by step

Inventory
We list what you have. Nothing is copied yet.

Rights check
We confirm you own the records and can license them, and flag anything that needs a customer's or vendor's permission.

De-identify
Personal details are stripped. You review a cleaned sample.

Sign
You approve exactly which records go to which buyer, in writing.
- 5
Transfer and delete
The cleaned copy goes to the buyer by an encrypted transfer. Our working copies are deleted when the deal closes, and we confirm it in writing.
How data is stored
Working copies are kept encrypted, on access-controlled systems, only for as long as the project needs them. Only the people working on your project can open them.
