What this covers

This policy covers information you give us through chi.university, by email or by phone. Client company records handled during an engagement are governed by the written agreement for that engagement.

What we collect

The details you enter in our form (name, company, email, mobile number, trade, company size, years in business and where your records live), anything you send us directly, and basic site analytics such as pages visited.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule and hold your call, and send you information about CHI's services. If you opt in, we may text you about your request. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

What we never do

We never sell the information you enter on this site. We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run CHI, such as our email, scheduling and form tools, under their own confidentiality terms.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to respond to you and run our business, then we delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
